In person dates require screening. I accept any 1 of 3 options:

1. Government issued ID, this includes Drivers License, Passport, Or BC ID. I require your full name and birthdate, and a piece of paper with the date written on it present in the photo. 

2. A LinkedIn profile or company website with your name and a photo of you, the email you use must match that of the one on the site. 

3. A provider reference, ensure the provider has consented to this reference prior to submitting. Select SP's and agencies will be accepted. My duo partners references will always be accepted. When asking for a reference a small tip sent to the provider is customary.
